Bourne Lawyers was established in July 2000.
Between us, Tim Bourne, Penny Kaempf and Joseph Wearing have over 60 years' experience in legal practice in a wide range of areas.

We are a small and close-knit group, dedicated to providing high quality, practical and cost-effective legal services to our clients. Our particular focus is on advising ordinary working (and non-working) people and their families.

We act for people from a wide range of backgrounds. We understand that many of our clients have little experience in legal matters. When writing or speaking with our clients we try to avoid legal jargon and use plain English.

Litigation can be lengthy, costly and stressful. Its outcome is often uncertain. Wherever possible we explore the prospects of resolving matters at an early stage.
