Bourne Lawyers was established by Tim Bourne in July 2000.

Between them, Tim Bourne, Penny Kaempf, Rebecca Geyer and Simon Bourne have over 65 years' experience in legal practice.

We are a small and close-knit group, dedicated to providing high quality, practical and cost-effective legal services to our clients. Our particular focus is on advising ordinary people and their families.

We act for people from a wide range of backgrounds. We understand that many of our clients have little experience in legal matters. When writing or speaking with our clients we try to avoid legal jargon and use plain English.

Litigation can be lengthy, costly and stressful. Its outcome is often uncertain. Wherever possible we explore the prospects of resolving matters at an early stage. If litigation is necessary, we will assist you through the process and work hard for the best possible outcome.

We know that clients worry about the costs of lawyers and litigation. We will discuss our costs with you at the commencement of your matter (including whether it is in your interests for us to act on a 'no win, no fee' basis).
