Administrative Law

If you have been affected by an administrative decision made (or not made) by a federal government agency or Tribunal, you may be entitled to pursue proceedings in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Federal Magistrates Court, the Federal Court or the High Court.

If you have been affected by a decision made by a State government agency or tribunal or a Magistrates Court, you may be entitled to seek judicial review in the Supreme Court.

We have experience can advise and represent you in relation to administrative review in all these courts and tribunals.

The types of decisions which might require judicial review include migration decision, decisions of Magistrates, decisions of government departments such as Centrelink or the Department of Veterans' Affairs.
